Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise used hair cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unused hair may be eligible for an exchange if it remains unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Please contact Cali Luxe within 7 days of delivery with any order concerns.
